Low-Temperature Co-fired Ceramic (LTCC) Lab

The HiDEC Low-Temperature, Co-fired Ceramics (LTCC) laboratory occupies 1500 sq. ft. of space that houses a complete LTCC fabrication facility. Electronic device packages fabricated in this laboratory can be used in various high-frequency, high-power applications and act as crucial components in many common electronic products.

The lab offers a unique opportunity for students involved in research to learn LTCC processing while collaborating with industrial and government agencies. Full-time staff are available to assist students and faculty, enabling them to fully leverage lab capabilities.

Details about the capabilities and tooling in the LTCC lab can be found by clicking on items in the left-side menu.
