On-Campus Interviews
The University of Arkansas Career Development Center invites you to conduct interviews on-campus in one of our professionally-appointed facilities. Interviews are typically held in the University Career Center in Arkansas Union 607.
Pre-select schedules let you review resumes and choose preferred candidates to interview on the day of your campus visit. Our web based eRecruiting system makes it easy to rank and select candidates online, download resumes and cover letters, and communicate with applicants via email.
Open schedules allow students who meet your requirements to sign up on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is no pre-screening, and resumes are not required as part of the signup process.
“Room Only” Schedules: If you do not use our web-based system to schedule interviews, a list of candidates with interview appointments must be provided to the Career Center prior to meeting with the students. A “Room only” schedule may be an appropriate choice for employers who prefer to signup students on-the-spot at a job fair, or those who are holding second round interviews.
The process for scheduling and arranging on-campus interviews is easy and is designed to be efficient for your college recruiting staff.
