Paper Submission
- Dec 15th, 2006: Abstract Submission Deadline (by e-mail only)
- Dec 18th, 2006: Author Notification (by e-mail)
- Feb 28th, 2007: Deadline for Conference Proceedings manuscript submission
- Apr 5th, 2007: Deadline for REVISED conference proceeding manuscript submission
- Authors may submit abstracts either for oral presentation or poster presentation. Authors can
indicate their preference but the Technical Program Committee will make the final decision as to
whether an abstract will be in an oral presentation session or a poster session in order to have a
balanced technical program.
- The abstract is limited to two pages (either A4 Standard or U.S. standard 8.5 x 11 inches).
The first page should include title, authors, affiliations and the technical description. The presenting
author should be underlined. The second page should include figures, graphs and photographs. Contact
information and references can be on either page. However, the text on the first page must not exceed
500 words. Use template that is provided.
- The suggested font type is Times New Roman. Do not use a font size smaller than 10, 1”
margins on all four sides.
- The contact information for the submitting author should include full address, phone number
and email.
- Convert completed abstracts into a pdf file. Name of pdf file should be vvvaradanA1.pdf,
vvvaradanA2.pdf,... File name should begin with initials and last name of corresponding
author.
- The abstracts in the form of pdf files must be e-mailed as an attachment no later than
December 15, 2006 to
ieeer5@uark.edu
- Authors will be notified by email on December 18, 2006.
- Authors of accepted abstracts must complete registration before February 28, 2007 in order
for the paper to be included in the final program. There must be at least one paid registrant
per accepted paper.
- The Proceedings of the Conference will be published by IEEE and indexed in IEEE Explore.
Instructions for submitting Proceedings papers will be provided to authors of accepted abstracts.
